  3. Add # of Warmup Emails on the E-mail Inbox Screen

    It's difficult to tell which accounts are in which status and have warmup. I believe there are some best practices we all generally follow or should be able to set. It would be great if we didn't have to worry about campaigns not accidentally getting dropped to 15 vs 40 warm-ups in a Bulk Update etc...

  4. Inbox Provider Auto Labeler and Dashboard

    Provide some Auto tagging functionality around the Inbox type for example (Google, Office, Zoho). Auto-tagging Categories: -OAuth1, SMTP, App-Password -Outlook, Zoho, Google -Warm-up / Active / Idle Dashboard -# of Inboxes Active -Zoho, Microsoft, Google Inboxes Running not Running etc.. -Total Metrics of All Campaigns / Etc... -Contacts Left

  5. Google Sheets Import

    Provide a way to bring Google Sheets data into the Campaign. Google Sheets is much easier to share than CSVs which can have serious version control issues internally if you save it to your desktop. As we scale campaigns, we're finding less success using any files that are local. Much easier to scale with a Cloud Based solution like Google Sheets. Dangerous to do it via manual CSVs via Upload. Had several campaigns run through with incorrect CSV Versions.

  7. Filter reply and positive reply by lead category (in the reporting section under "email campaign")

    When we go to see the results of an email campaign it is usually hard to get a full idea of how it's performing from the report dashboard. We can see: sent, open, click, reply and positive reply. It would be helpful to add a filter here to select a few things: What lead categories do the replies include? (out of office, unsubscribe) Add a custom column for any other lead categories that we want to include. Meaning adding another column so that we can see how many leads fall under a custom lead category for that campaign. Example: For a given campaign, I would like to get the following metrics: Total replies Total replies excluding out of office Total positive replies overall Total numbers of meetings booked Total number of people contacted by telephone and rejected a meeting Right now there's no way to do this. It would be super helpful to be able to do it form here or the API so that we can get a full idea of the performance of the campaign.

  8. Global Leads List

    This will help when we want to download all the leads loaded to different campaigns for one client. For instance, if a client has 15 different campaigns, and we want to download the leads in those campaigns. We have to go into each and every campaign, but there could be a global leads list and we can filter by client name

    I need to repurpose 82 emails for another client and new campaign, and it would be very helpful to be able to change the sender name in bulk instead of doing it one by one.

  10. DNS Provisioning (Cloudflare, Google Domains)

    Add ability to change DNS Records using the Cloudflare Global Key and the Google Domains API. Clearly, DKIM will need to be generated internally but other than that rules could be setup for better inbox control and verification of domains. This would also make the DNS checking much more accurate than any check you could do on the outside. Maybe be able to provide Smartlead with the DKIM selector to get the best visability.

    Deeper Rules Based Access Control for Clients... Sometimes, you would want them in the campaigns, sometimes you wouldn't. There are situations where you will need more fine-grained access controls into the application.

  13. Audit Control on Campaigns

    Hesitant to give client access to change campaigns, given there is no Audit Control. If we can't see what/who got changed, we're going to struggle that if they mess the campaign up it could be blamed back. It would just be good to keep an Audit log of what changed, who changed it. Equally a problem with internal. Deleting the campaigns might need to be controlled by a central person.

  14. Add Export Button out of Master Inbox

    This would help provide a quick snapshot of where the campaign is at. It can be done from the Inbox in the Campaign, but it would benefit to get all the replies out from time to time.
