    A simple modification and usage of the new gpt-4o could be more cost effective and faster than the current gpt-4 sentiment analysis. By changing the endpoint users can save more money and obtain better results.

    Provide some Auto tagging functionality around the Inbox type for example (Google, Office, Zoho).   3. Important: Only respective client columns imported in the Lead list should be viewed in the Client Campaign.

    If I'm managing mulitple client campaigns, the lead list still shows custom-field created for another client as the column name when the lead list is downloaded from Smartlead. Currently, all fields are hard coded for any lead list I download

  4. Get Inbox details in lead list export

    Use case: In case I have 100-200 mailboxes connected to a campaign and I have a lead list of about 3000, I will ideally need the information of what inbox was used to send out an email to which particular lead so that I can cycle the leads that were sent out with inboxes that aren't performing so great with the better inboxes in one lead list export.

  5. Ability to Preview the entire flow of emails on one screen

    Use case: If I need to maintain the sample email sequences that we are running for a client on tools like ClickUp and Notion, I should be able to copy all the sequences that I'm running in one go and best if we share that with our clients in one click. (PDF format) Currently, we have to copy these sequences one by one and then paste it in one single doc and then share it across for approvals, feedback or just presenting campaign strategy.

  8. Add # of Warmup Emails on the E-mail Inbox Screen

    It's difficult to tell which accounts are in which status and have warmup. I believe there are some best practices we all generally follow or should be able to set. It would be great if we didn't have to worry about campaigns not accidentally getting dropped to 15 vs 40 warm-ups in a Bulk Update etc...

  10. Google Sheets Import

    Provide a way to bring Google Sheets data into the Campaign. Google Sheets is much easier to share than CSVs which can have serious version control issues internally if you save it to your desktop. As we scale campaigns, we're finding less success using any files that are local. Much easier to scale with a Cloud Based solution like Google Sheets. Dangerous to do it via manual CSVs via Upload. Had several campaigns run through with incorrect CSV Versions.

  11. Allow user assignment for activities in HubSpot integration

    Right now activities are shown as "unassigned" in HubSpot. When there are multiple people working in HubSpot people, want to differentiate who's doing what. By implementing this mapping feature, it's no longer up to question for who sent what emails.

  12. Allow "select all" in "All Leads" screen

    If I want to clean up leads in bulk per campaign, I have to do that in the campaign but the UX in the campaign screen doesn't feel conducive for cleaning the leads in bulk. This checkbox would ensure users can clean house for leads no longer needed much more efficiently.

    Having the ability to hyper optimize email campaigns by Subject line, Pre-header, Email Body Length, opening lines, and CTA would be absolutely a game changer... Being able to see which style/type of each works best per solution/service being offered, and industry based on the consumer would be a feature that could help cultivate unparalleled success in email marketing campaigns.. Example: Pre-Header & Opening Lines: Direct Value Opening Industry Authority Position Business Performance Focus Body/Value Proposition: Micro Format Standard Format Extended Format Style/Tone: Question-Based Pattern Interrupts Curiosity/Intrigue-Based Revenue/Problem-Specific etc,etc,etc
