    A simple modification and usage of the new gpt-4o could be more cost effective and faster than the current gpt-4 sentiment analysis. By changing the endpoint users can save more money and obtain better results.

    We have seen great results sending follow-up steps on the weekend. It would be great if there could be day specific times with an option to select if new or just step 2 or higher For example, we'd like to send Saturday morning and Sunday late afternoon/early evening but only if step 2 Thanks for the consideration!

  3. Webhooks - out of the box support for Slack and Zapier

    Would be great if Smartlead could support out of the box Slack and Zapier webhook support. We do have an in-house dev-team that can work on integrating, but I'm sure a lot of users don't have developers and would be very helpful if it's plug and play like with competitors - thanks! Looks like the endpoint https://hooks.slack.com/services/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 is accepting the input in a specific format. {"text": "some string"} But our Webhook API data will have different response based on the webhook type. I suggest your dev team to accept any JSON data instead of specific "text" key in the webhook callback.

    Provide some Auto tagging functionality around the Inbox type for example (Google, Office, Zoho). Auto-tagging Categories: -OAuth1, SMTP, App-Password -Outlook, Zoho, Google -Warm-up / Active / Idle Dashboard -# of Inboxes Active -Zoho, Microsoft, Google Inboxes Running not Running etc.. -Total Metrics of All Campaigns / Etc... -Contacts Left

  7. Add # of Warmup Emails on the E-mail Inbox Screen

    It's difficult to tell which accounts are in which status and have warmup. I believe there are some best practices we all generally follow or should be able to set. It would be great if we didn't have to worry about campaigns not accidentally getting dropped to 15 vs 40 warm-ups in a Bulk Update etc...

  9. Google Sheets Import

    Provide a way to bring Google Sheets data into the Campaign. Google Sheets is much easier to share than CSVs which can have serious version control issues internally if you save it to your desktop. As we scale campaigns, we're finding less success using any files that are local. Much easier to scale with a Cloud Based solution like Google Sheets. Dangerous to do it via manual CSVs via Upload. Had several campaigns run through with incorrect CSV Versions.

  11. Create a Dynamic DNC list

    We have clients who update their DNC month on month, so there would be certain amount of contacts being removed and added to the DNC list. I think it would be a great idea to have some sort of dynamic integration where we can fetch a refreshed DNC automatically straight up from their CRM or just an option to attach a Google sheet that we can update month on month.

  12. Important: Only respective client columns imported in the Lead list should be viewed in the Client Campaign.

    If I'm managing mulitple client campaigns, the lead list still shows custom-field created for another client as the column name when the lead list is downloaded from Smartlead. Currently, all fields are hard coded for any lead list I download

  13. Get Inbox details in lead list export

    Use case: In case I have 100-200 mailboxes connected to a campaign and I have a lead list of about 3000, I will ideally need the information of what inbox was used to send out an email to which particular lead so that I can cycle the leads that were sent out with inboxes that aren't performing so great with the better inboxes in one lead list export.

  14. Ability to Preview the entire flow of emails on one screen

    Use case: If I need to maintain the sample email sequences that we are running for a client on tools like ClickUp and Notion, I should be able to copy all the sequences that I'm running in one go and best if we share that with our clients in one click. (PDF format) Currently, we have to copy these sequences one by one and then paste it in one single doc and then share it across for approvals, feedback or just presenting campaign strategy.

  15. Allow user assignment for activities in HubSpot integration

    Right now activities are shown as "unassigned" in HubSpot. When there are multiple people working in HubSpot people, want to differentiate who's doing what. By implementing this mapping feature, it's no longer up to question for who sent what emails.
